We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve it.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Change of mind

As all items are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind unless the item is faulty. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.
